4-H Summer Fun is our way of delivering exciting, hands-on learning experiences to our school age youth while they are on break from school. We aim to develop new skills and increase knowledge on non-traditional subjects all while making new friends and most importantly having fun!
Hyde, Seek, & Discover – $30
Come join us at the Mattamuskeet Wildlife Refuge for a day of learning and fun. Registration and payment due by May 29. Ages: 5-14
June 4-6th | 8:30-3:30 p.m.
Cooking with Cloverbuds – $10
Youth ages 5 to 8 will learn basic cooking skills and make a delicious lunch. Registration and payment due by June 10. Ages: 5-7
June 18th | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Peanut Butter Jelly Time – $10
Youth ages 9 to 11 will make homemade bread, peanut butter and jelly. Registration and payment due by June 10. Ages: 8-11
June 19th | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
4-H Presentations – Free
Want to learn how to speak in front of large crowds? Come learn how to present, while exploring your favorite topics! Ages: 5-18

Cinco de Mayo Celebration – $10
Youth ages 12 and up will make a muy delicioso Mexican lunch. Registration and payment due by June 17. Ages: 12-18
June 25th | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Duck Decoy Workshop – $15
Youth ages 10 and up will make a Duck Decoy using crab pot buoys. Lunch is included. Registration and payment due by July 1. Ages: 10-18

4-H Summer Camp – $350 (REGISTER ONLINE)
Join us at Betsy-Jeff Penn in Reidsville, NC! Meet new friends as we play games, solve team challenges, swim, rock climb, go horseback riding, and so much more! Ages 8-14

NC 4-H Congress – *Information Coming Soon*
The largest NC 4-H event of the year! We’ll travel to Raleigh and learn about all of the possibilities in the 4-H world with 4-H’ers from all across the state! Ages 12-18
