You may have heard not to eat too many nuts and seeds because they are high in fat. While that is true, they are high in fats that are good for us. Nuts and seeds are also crunchy, tasty, and filling, so enjoy at least three ounces every week while keeping within your calorie budget. Avoid candied, honey-roasted, and heavily-salted nuts and seeds.
