“Understanding Your Medical Plan Options When You Become Medicare-Eligible”

Based on the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis, the State Health Plan has made the decision to cancel the May and June events for our “Understanding Your Medical Plan Options When You Become Medicare-Eligible” meeting series. In lieu of these onsite meetings, the Plan will be hosting additional webinars for our members convenience, which are now posted to the Plan’s website. You are encouraged to take advantage of the webinars to learn more about your health plan options when you become Medicare-eligible.

Members who have already registered for the May and June events will receive notification from the State Health Plan relative to the cancelations. We will also be seeking assistance from the venues to post a sign the day of a previously scheduled event for the members who may come without registration. However, given the current situation we cannot guarantee the signage will be posted.

The schedule of all remaining Pre-65 webinars is as follows:

  • April 14, 2020 – 2 to 4 p.m.
  • April 21, 2020 – 10 a.m. to noon
  • April 23, 2020 – 6 to 8 p.m.
  • May 7, 2020 – 10 a.m. to noon (NEW) 
  • May 13, 2020 – 2 to 4 p.m.
  • May 19, 2020 – 2 to 4 p.m.
  • May 27, 2020 – 2 to 4 p.m. (NEW)
  • June 10, 2020 – 2 to 4 p.m.
  • June 15, 2020 –  10 a.m. to noon
  • June 23, 2020 – 10 a.m. to noon (NEW)
  • June 30, 2020 – 10 a.m. to noon
  • July 28, 2020 – 10 a.m. to noon
